Abstract
Objective: Learn some factors related to the satisfaction of post-graduate students to practice simulation at the pre-clinical practice center of Nam Dinh Nursing University.
Method: Quantitative research was carried out on 200 full-time bachelor’s nursing students after finishing studying simulation practice at the pre-clinical practice center. These students use a set of pre-designed tools to evaluate students’ satisfaction with learning simulation practice and learn some of the factors related to that satisfaction.
Results: There are four factors that influence student satisfaction when learning simulation practice, including: Facilities; Lecturers; Student awareness; study time and grouping simulation practice. In the study and verification of regression models, 4 proposed components are suitable and statistically significant. In the four components identified in the research model, the degree of impact of different components on the satisfaction of students on learning simulation practice at pre-clinical centers. Specifically, the impact on student satisfaction is the Faculty component (Beta = 0,136); the second is Student Awarenes (Beta = 0,226); The third is component composition Time and sub-group of simulated practice (Beta = 0,095) and the final component is facilities (beta = 0,419).
Conclusion: Student satisfaction is closely related to facilitie (r=0,54), faculty (r=0,38), student awareness (r=0,39), time and grouping of simulation practice (r=0,33).
