Sự tuân thủ điều trị ở người bệnh là yếu tố hết sức quan trọng để cải thiện tình trạng sức khỏe, tăng cường chất lượng cuộc sống, đặc biệt trong việc quản lý điều trị các bệnh lý mãn tính, phục hồi sau chấn thương, sau phẫu thuật.
Mục tiêu: Phân tích khái niệm tuân thủ điều trị.
Phương pháp: Việc phân tích được thực hiện theo phương pháp Walker và Avant qua bốn cơ sở dữ liệu là PubMed, Google Scholar, CINAHL Database, Cochrane (từ năm 2000 đến 2025).
Kết quả: Từ tài liệu, tổng hợp “tuân thủ điều trị” là khả năng thực hiện theo các khuyến nghị, khuyến cáo của nhân viên y tế, điều này dựa vào thực hành tự chăm sóc và sự sẵn hợp tác của người bệnh. Có bốn thuộc tính của khái niệm gồm: (1) hành vi tự chăm sóc, (2) thực hiện theo các khuyến nghị về sức khỏe, (3) sẵn sàng hợp tác và (4) giao tiếp với nhân viên y tế. Tiền đề là: đặc điểm của phác đồ, việc truyền đạt lời khuyên tư vấn và thái độ của người bệnh với lời khuyên tư vấn.
Kết luận: Định nghĩa mới về tuân thủ được đưa ra trong phân tích khái niệm này cung cấp sự rõ ràng và định hướng cho việc tìm hiểu nâng cao vấn đề thực hành điều dưỡng trong tương lai. Hơn nữa, nghiên cứu này giúp nâng cao nhận thức của điều dưỡng về nhu cầu giao tiếp hiệu quả với người bệnh để tăng hiệu quả điều trị, giảm tỷ lệ phát triển biến chứng sớm và tăng chất lượng cuộc sống cho bệnh nhân.
