Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kiến thức và thực hành tự khám vú và xác định các yếu tố liên quan đến kiến thức và thực hành tự khám vú của nữ sinh điều dưỡng trường Đại học Duy Tân năm 2021.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 200 nữ sinh điều dưỡng trường Đại học Duy Tân.
Kết quả: 45% nữ sinh điều dưỡng có kiến thức đạt về tự khám vú và 72,6% nữ sinh thực hành tự khám vú ở mức đạt. Một số yếu tố liên quan đến kiến thức về tự khám vú của sinh viên là năm học, tiền sử bản thân và gia đình có mắc các bệnh về vú. Có mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa thực hành của sinh viên và tiền sử gia đình có mắc các bệnh về vú.
Kết luận: Nữ sinh điều dưỡng tham gia vào nghiên cứu có kiến thức và thực hành về tự khám vú còn hạn chế. Cần có những can thiệp để nâng cao kiến thức, thực hành về tự khám vú cho nữ sinh điều dưỡng.
