Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm kiểm định tính giá trị và độ tin cậy của bộ công cụ đo lường khả năng tự chăm sóc của người bệnh đái tháo đường típ 2 (Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (SDSCA) tại cộng đồng tỉnh Nam Định.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 300 người bệnh đái tháo đường típ 2 sử dụng phương pháp lấy mẫu thuận tiện và sử dụng phiên bản tiếng Việt của bộ câu hỏi SDSCA từ tháng 5 đến tháng 6 năm 2024.
Kết quả: Thang đo tổng cho thấy chỉ số Crobach’s Alpha 0,88. Các thang đo phụ có chỉ số Crobach’s Alpha dao động từ 0,71 đến 0,94. Phân tích nhân tố khám phá đã cho kết quả là bộ câu hỏi SDSCA phiên bản tiếng Việt gồm 10 câu chia thành 3 nhân tố (chế độ ăn và tập thể dục; thử đường máu và chăm sóc bàn chân).
Kết luận: Phiên bản tiếng Việt của bộ câu hỏi SDSCA cho thấy tính giá trị cấu trúc và độ tin cậy cao để điều dưỡng và các chuyên gia nội tiết khác đánh giá các hoạt động tự chăm sóc ở người bệnh đái tháo đường típ 2.
