Abstract
Objectives: To evaluate the satisfaction of patients and their relatives who come to the hospital and clinic at My Loc district general hospital.
Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 347 patients and inpatients from 10/2015 to 10/2016. Use the sample of the Patient Satisfaction Survey based on the guidance of the Ministry of Health.
Results: Service satisfaction from 71.07% - 90 , 05%, especially the administrative procedures are 90.05%. Satisfaction about nursing care reached from 65.58% -93.94% of which publicity reached 93.94%. Satisfied with the treatment of doctors from 81.02% - 91.32% of which very satisfied with the way doctors visit is 91.32%. Satisfied with the facilities and services from 81.78% - 92.38% of which the highest satisfaction with the treatment at the hospital is 92.38%.
Conclusion: It is necessary to regularly improve the medical ethics, communication skills, care skills for health workers, strengthen the staff in the key faculties, promote the inspection and supervision Upgrading infrastructure to increase the level of satisfaction of patients and relatives of patients coming to the hospital and medical treatment in My Loc General Hospital in Nam Dinh province.
