Abstract
Objective: To assess the satisfaction of the inpatient treatment and their careers on the means of serving the patient; hospital facilities; equipment and attitudes; behaviors, professional capacity of medical staff at Nam Dinh Mental Hospital.
Method: A Cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from July to September2017in four Clinical departments of Nam Dinh Mental Hospital.
Results: The results showedthat 126 inpatients treatment and their careers were interviewed including 64 male, 62 female aged 20 and above. The satisfied rate up for the criterias: means of serving the patient; infrastructure; hospital equipment andattitudes; behaviors, professional capacity of medical staff were 37.3% . The Criteria for drug distribution and Using instructions reached the highest of satisfactions (100%).
Conclusion: The satisfaction of the inpatient treatment and their careers on the means of serving the patient; hospital facilities; equipment were 75% and professional capacity of medical staff was 97,84%.
