Abstract
Objective: Describe the satisfaction of pregnant women coming to the obstetrics clinic of Vinmec International General Hospital, Times City in 2024.
Method: Cross-sectional descriptive study was implemented among 420 pregnant women coming for prenatal check-ups at the obstetrics clinic of Vinmec Times City International General Hospital from December 2023 to October 2024.
Results: The percentages of satisfaction of pregnant women with the accessibility, with the transparency of information and medical examination and treatment procedures, with the attitude and professional competence of medical staff, with the facilities and means of serving pregnant women and with the results of service provision for pregnant were 71.9%, 82.1%, 73.6%, 74.8% and 82.6%, respectively. The need to return and refer others to the hospital for examination and treatment was 83.3%.
Conclusion: The satisfaction rate of pregnant women when visiting Vinmec Times City International General Hospital was relatively high. However, the hospital’s management board and management agencies shoud simplify the directional diagrams and announcements to further improve the quality of service at the hospital.
