Mục tiêu: Tổng hợp và phân tích các bằng chứng về hiệu quả và khả năng áp dụng của các can thiệp dựa vào cộng đồng trong phòng ngừa đột quỵ.
Phương pháp: Tổng quan được thực hiện theo phương pháp tiếp cận hệ thống, tìm kiếm tài liệu trên PubMed, CINAHL, EMBASE và Scopus, từ tháng 1 năm 2014 đến nay. Các nghiên cứu can thiệp dựa vào cộng đồng có đối tượng là người trưởng thành, tập trung vào phòng ngừa đột quỵ, được đưa vào phân tích định tính. Công cụ đánh giá RoB 2.0 được sử dụng để đánh giá nguy cơ sai lệch và chất lượng các thử nghiệm lâm sàng ngẫu nhiên.
Kết quả: Xác định năm nhóm can thiệp chính: (1) chương trình giáo dục sức khỏe; (2) thay đổi lối sống; (3) sự tham gia của nhân viên y tế cộng đồng; (4) ứng dụng y tế từ xa và kỹ thuật số; (5) các can thiệp đa phương thức tích hợp. Các can thiệp cho thấy hiệu quả rõ rệt trong việc nâng cao kiến thức, cải thiện hành vi sức khỏe và kiểm soát các yếu tố nguy cơ như tăng huyết áp, đái tháo đường và béo phì.
Kết luận: Can thiệp dựa vào cộng đồng hiệu quả trong phòng ngừa đột quỵ nhưng cần điều chỉnh theo đặc điểm văn hóa – xã hội, nguồn lực để tăng cường hiệu quả và tính bền vững trong thực tế.
